Premium exhibition space with live video webcasts attracts tens of thousands of viewers

  • Client: Universal Audio

With MusikMesse 2015 to be Universal Audio's first European trade show as a solo entity, the design brief was to bring a studio quality feel to their exhibition space. Following a successful pitch, Mindbomb collaborated closely with UA's European and US brand managers to ensure this vision could be realised. Premium wooden finishes, a fully-equipped AV control room, seating for a live audience and illuminated product demo stations became part of the design specification.

Universal Audio also wanted to bring something fresh to the show – the ability to broadcast live video webcasts to a global audience – a full AV control room for live broadcasting was something we'd not been asked to create at MusikMesse before in our 20+ years of attendance. This enabled those who could not attend Frankfurt's largest assembly of MI professionals and enthusiasts to 'virtually' share the excitement of new product reveals, artist appearances and technical product demos. Over just a few days, tens of thousands of viewers from across the globe tuned in to watch UA's video webcasts streaming live from the stand.

Universal Audio is the leading developer of audio recording products. Every UA product is backed by a 50-year legacy of innovation, superlative quality and technical passion.
